Who we are
EBEL Group, based in Amman, Jordan, operates this social media integration for Mazmez, Looty and The Pastry. This policy covers our Meta application, currently listed as “Hilal’s first app” (App ID: 359421874843918).

Information processed
The integration receives Instagram comment information made available through Meta’s authorized APIs and webhooks. This can include comment text, usernames, platform user identifiers, business account identifiers, comment and media identifiers, timestamps and technical request information.
Technical execution records may contain this information when requests are processed or errors are investigated. Account authorization information is also used to connect approved business accounts.
How we use information
We use this information to receive and organize comments, identify the relevant brand, support customer service, verify incoming requests and diagnose technical problems.
The current integration processes comments. Private messaging and AI-generated replies are not currently enabled. We will update this policy before introducing additional processing that changes how personal information is used or shared.
Service providers and disclosure
Meta provides the connected social platforms and APIs. We use n8n Cloud to run the integration, which processes incoming information and may store execution records.
Information may be accessed by authorized EBEL personnel and service providers as needed to operate and support the integration. We do not sell personal information received through this application.
Our service providers may process information outside Jordan. Meta and other providers also maintain their own privacy policies.
Retention and security
We retain personal information only for as long as needed for the purposes described above, including resolving enquiries, troubleshooting and meeting applicable legal obligations. Information that is no longer needed is deleted or anonymized.
Access to application credentials and personal information is limited to authorized personnel. No online service can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices and deletion requests
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information held through this integration by emailing Hilal@ebel-group.com. Include your Instagram username, the brand you contacted and enough information to identify the relevant interaction.
We may ask you to verify control of the relevant account. Do not send passwords or access tokens.
Deleting information from our integration does not automatically delete comments or other information held by Meta. Those can be managed through Instagram or Facebook.
Scope and updates
This policy concerns the EBEL social integration. Shopping, payment and browsing activities on the Looty website are covered by the store’s applicable policies.
We will update this page when our processing practices change.
